      Adult Christian Formation

      Adult Sunday School

The adults of Trinity gather at 9:15 each Sunday morning in the Parish Hall for a study of various topics led by our Rector. From time to time, additional groups led by the Assistant Rector or a lay leader will meet elsewhere in the church during the Christian Education hour to engage in a short term study.

      Women's Weekday Bible Study

Women are invited to a weekday morning interactive Bible study. Childcare is provided. Please check the calendar section of our website for specific dates and times.

      The Daughters of the King

The Daughters of the King is an international Order for women who are communicants of the Episcopal Church. Members undertake a Rule of Life, incorporating the Rule of Prayer and the Rule of Service. A Daughter pledges herself to a life-long program of prayer, service and evangelism, dedicated to the spread of Christ's Kingdom and the strengthening of the spiritual life of her parish. The Trinity Community is grateful to have two chapters of The Daughters of the King, each meeting monthly. The daytime chapter meets on the second Wednesday of each month at 10:00 a.m.; the evening chapter meets the first Monday of each month at 5:30 p.m. For more information about the Order, follow this link: www.dok-national.org.

      Living Water (Beginning Summer 2007)

Living Water is small group experience that explores the life of Jesus Christ. A Living Water small group includes a meal together, a DVD driven teaching using the H2O video series and a discussion about the material covered in the DVD. Living Water is a small group that is particularly beneficial to those that are exploring the life of Jesus for the first time. Additionally, a person who is already a follower of Jesus will find their faith strengthened through participation in Living Water.

      The Way (Beginning Fall 2007)

The Way is a group of committed individuals that gather to deepen their spiritual lives in Christ through Christian discipleship and spiritual formation. The Way is a nine month program that meets on a weekly basis during the school year. During our time together we cover various topics relating to Christian discipleship and we study the Scriptures together, relating them to our daily lives. A suggested prerequisite for this group is Living Water or Discovery Weekend.

      Small Groups

From time to time, various new small groups are formulated to provide opportunity for Christian formation and fellowship. Our Director of Spiritual Formation can provide current information about small group gatherings.

      Discovery Weekend

Offered once a year, Discovery Weekend is an amazing, interactive immersion into Christian Spirituality and the Episcopal Church. Through a rousing game of Catechetical Pursuit, live-and-in-person visits from King Henry VIII and Thomas Cranmer, a fashion show of vestments and much more, we enjoy learning the theology and thought behind our Christian faith and our Episcopal traditions. Participants who complete the weekend are eligible (though not required) to be confirmed in the Episcopal Church.
